Even with the world's easiest point of sale system, running your store can still be pretty hectic. If you run into any problems with Checkout, solutions are only a phone call away. Call as often as you want with a Checkout Support and Maintenance Plan, or log in to open a support ticket online.
Support is English language only. Outside US/CAN/UK/NL you need to dial a toll number. Technical support is limited to installation, upgrade assistance, basic usability, and basic functionality for Checkout software. All pricing is USD and subject to change. You must be on the current Checkout version before enrolling in support. Checkout support does not include resolution of issues caused by third-party services, hardware, software, or network providers. Checkout phone and online support does not include inquiries on non-current versions of Checkout, general accounting or taxation issues, nor does it include application consulting or training.
