30 days of free support are included with your first Checkout license. Enroll in the Upgrade & Support Plan when those 30 days have passed to get support and all upgrades for free.

Not Covered by a Support Plan?

Purchasing a single support call is also possible. For pay per call support, please dial the number listed above. Pay per call costs $50 for the first ten minutes and $5 for each additional minute.

Upgrades & New Versions Included

Checkout is evolving rapidly. Minor updates to Checkout are free for every Checkout user. To get major Checkout upgrades with new functionality for every Mac in your store, instead of buying new licenses, save money by signing up for the Checkout Upgrade & Support Plan.

Phone and Online Support

Even with the world's easiest point of sale system, running your store can still be pretty hectic. If you run into any problems with Checkout, solutions are only a phone call away. Call as often as you want with a Checkout Support and Maintenance Plan, or login to open a support ticket online.


Support is English language only. Outside US/CAN/UK/NL you need to dial a toll number. Technical support is limited to installation, upgrade assistance, basic usability, and basic functionality for Checkout software. All pricing is USD and subject to change. You must be on the current Checkout version before enrolling in support. Checkout support does not include resolution of issues caused by third-party services, hardware, software, or network providers. Checkout phone and online support does not include inquiries on non-current versions of Checkout, general accounting or taxation issues, nor does it include application consulting or training.
